CARE AND COMPATIBILITY:

• Not Dishwasher Safe: Hand-wash only. Do not place any part of the bottle in a dishwasher, as high heat and harsh detergents can damage the ceramic coating, seals, and plastic components.
• Ceramic-Coated Interior: Wash the inner body gently with warm water and a soft, non-abrasive cloth or sponge. Avoid scrubbing pads, steel wool, or bleach-based cleaners, which can scratch or degrade the ceramic coating.
• Seals (Silicone Sealing Ring): Remove the silicone sealing ring after each use and rinse under warm running water. Allow it to air-dry completely before reassembling to prevent odour and mould build-up.
• Straw: Rinse the silicone straw thoroughly after every use. Use a straw-cleaning brush to clear the interior, then air-dry fully before storage.
• Safe Drying: After washing, stand all parts upright or hang to air-dry in a well-ventilated area. Do not seal the bottle while any part is still damp.
• Coating Care: To preserve the ceramic coating, avoid storing acidic beverages (e.g. undiluted citrus juice or vinegar-based drinks) for extended periods. Do not use the bottle in a microwave or conventional oven.
